I don’t understand. I am simply recording this now. I haven’t discussed this with anyone yet — not with Mystic-Old-Man, nor with Big Alexander. Of course, I have already had thoughts that maybe Big Alexander is like some unfolded version of me as the older one. Unclear. Or maybe these are not strangers at all, but rather it is about me — specifically my DNA — that there is me now, living in the year 2000, as I really did, and I remember that. And so what? That I was already connected with the me who is now the middle one, and therefore in the future, in 2040, there is some me who has already solved everything, who is in control of everything, and he too is somehow connecting with me. And now I can perhaps shift there — or shift here. I don’t understand, but I am recording it. This is the beginning of the ninth volume of “Alternative History”.
Just now I was speaking with Big Alexander. I called him, and he was the first to start talking:
— Listen, I had a dream today. We came to some kind of lecture, and Mystic- Old-Man was giving the lecture. And at the lecture there were you, me, your deputy, your friend Nikita, and some girl as well. And we are all surprised that Mystic-Old-Man is drawing something, sketching like a professor. Many people are gathered in the auditory, and he is drawing so many interesting things. And I say to you and the guys: ‘Why is he drawing all of it?’ And your deputy answers: ‘Well, this is all exactly what Alex writes in his books — that’s what he’s drawing.’ Then afterwards we speak with Mystic- Old-Man after the lecture, and I ask him: ‘So where did you get all these pictures from? Did you read Alex’s book?’ And he answers: ‘No. Why should I? I talk with him every day anyway.’ And I tell him: ‘No, you must read it. It’s not the same.’”
Well, the most interesting thing is that a week ago, and throughout last week, I was thinking that I had not given my book to the Mystic-Old-Man to read: neither the first volume nor the second, and that I should give it to him. And here comes such a confirmation. And also the very moment of this dream, that my conversation with Big Alexander begins with dreams.
