The wheel — meaning it must have the proper cross-sections, like a helm, a ship’s wheel. Such a wheel also exists in Buddhism. And this kind of wheel symbolizes Fortuna, fortune, and also happiness. Therefore, in order to focus specifically on Fortuna, on the goddess Fortuna herself, I will be making the wheel.

Something else that was highlighted for me — though I wasn’t sure at first whether to place emphasis on it or not — but since the system wants me to place emphasis on everything, all right. Of course, I will not myself be making such a button, but: “A found button may also be considered a symbol of fortune, like a coin.” And when I googled it, it said: “A button may symbolize belonging to a certain group, profession, or status, and may also serve as a talisman or a symbol of fortune. In the past, the button was used as an ornament demonstrating wealth and status, as well as a charm. In some cultures, the button carries a special significance as a symbol of love. As a protective talisman — in the past, buttons, especially those with magical symbols, were used as amulets for protection from evil forces, for attracting fortune or well-being.” So there it is. Which means I can simply take note that in the future, if I ever want to make some button — say I want to purchase buttons for some clothing, or if I have a sweater made — I could design my own buttons with symbols of fortune on them, and then it would work. Or I could even make buttons myself. And it is also written: “In some cultures, buttons — especially those placed closer to the heart — may symbolize feeling or serve as a gift, a token of love.” Perhaps this is if a person tears off a button near the heart and gives it to someone. Well, that is wonderful too, as a story, something we ought to know. “There are folk beliefs linking the finding of a button with fortune, or even with magical properties that it may bring to its owner.”

Also, since we are speaking of talismans — different amulets and talismans — it must be noted that these are not the same. A talisman and an amulet are in fact different. Let me repeat: an amulet is more a symbol of protection from dark forces, from misfortunes — it is specifically protective against the bad. A talisman, on the other hand, does not protect,
