Interesting — here is Revelation 8:1: “And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour. This silence is like a breath, held in the breast of all heaven. There is no singing of angels, no thunders, not even the rustle of wings. Everything is frozen in reverent expectation.” And they refer to the idea that some consider this to be a sign of the greatest awe before the face of God’s judgment. “Creation falls silent in order to hear the voice of the Lord Himself, who is about to speak through the last trumpets. And the seven angels who stood before God received seven trumpets.” That is 8:2. 8:3–5.

And there it is said that “Another angel (many of the Fathers see Christ or an archangel in him) with a golden censer comes up to the altar, takes much incense (the prayers of the saints), mixes it with the fire of the altar, and casts it down to the earth. And there follow voices, thunders, lightnings, earthquakes. This is like the answer of heaven to the cry of the martyrs under the altar.”

I am simply trying to identify the chronology, the right sequence. It is very interesting that, on the one hand, they say that everything will happen simultaneously; on the other hand, in many places, a certain sequence is listed.

But the 144, which had been being highlighted to me over the last six months, and the fact that I am at home, and the fact that right now this is the lull before the storm — for me, this is precisely that silence of half an hour before the Last Judgment. If we don’t refer right now to all this tangled text one can find out in the open spaces of the internet — if we remember when I last read the Bible — “The Apocalypse. The Revelation of John the Theologian” — then I formed the following sequence in my head: before the end of the Last Judgment, the Second Coming will appear. First the Second Coming — that is, Christ in Glory must — again, drawing an analogy with my novel “Alternative History” — decipher the matrix, because there it is said that He will be enthroned and will sit on the throne. This is, as it were, the deciphering of the matrix. I take this to mean that the matrix will have been fully deciphered, and that is why He will appear.

Further on, it is also said there that a wife will be prepared, and the Mother of God will be near Him. This can be taken physically, literally; or it can also be taken as an allegory, as sacred language — it is the matrix, as a new world, a new system.
