Chapter 6. Escape Samsara
One of the articles is “Spiritual Worlds”.
“The four spiritual worlds, or four spheres of existence — in the emanation theory of Kabbalah, are four levels of the distancing of divine light from its original source, represented as four qualitatively distinct worlds named Atzilut, Beriah, Yetzirah, and Assiah. The last three are not externally separated from one another, but exist as included within each other, like concentric circles. Their existence is accepted in Kabbalah based on the Book of the Prophet Isaiah (43:7), in the expressions: “I have created”, “I have formed”, and “I have made.”
These four worlds are inhabited by various spirits and angels:
the world of emanation (Atzilut) is governed exclusively by the Shekhinah;
in the world of creation (Beriah), under the rule of Akatriel, are located the throne of the Lord and the souls of the righteous;
the world of formation (Yetzirah) — under the rule of Metatron — is inhabited by “holy creatures” (chayot), mentioned in Ezekiel’s vision, and by ten ranks of angels; in the world of action, that is, the visible world (Assiah), under the rule of Sandalphon, are found the ophanim and the angels who fight evil.
The lower worlds implement that which is more ideally contained in the higher ones, and the beings and objects of the higher worlds, receiving divine influences from the primary source, transmit them to the lower ones, thereby serving as channels or “vessels” (kelim) of grace. Everything found in a lower world has a parallel prototype in a world higher in degree. A human being belongs simultaneously to all the worlds.”
Imagine how fascinating this is. Everything in the article I quoted confirms everything I’ve written throughout all the books of “Alternative History.” Here we are — four worlds. And here we are again — confirmation that a person simultaneously belongs to all these worlds, that we simultaneously exist, evolve, and live in all of them. And our task is, so to speak, to exit from this.
