interdependencies arise between different aspects of the Path. For example, in accordance with “Right Intention,” time is allocated in “Right Action” for “Right Concentration” (meditation). As meditation (Right Concentration) deepens, you become convinced of the truth of the Buddha’s Teaching (Right View) and begin to practice meditation (Right Concentration) even in daily life (Right Action).”

“Wisdom

Right View
Right View primarily involves the realization of the Four Noble Truths. After this, the Buddhist must also understand the other core principles of the teaching, which must be “experienced inwardly” and realized as the main motivation for their behavior.

Right Intention
A Buddhist must make a firm decision to follow the Buddhist path that leads to liberation and nirvana. They must also cultivate mettā — loving-kindness toward all living beings.”

“Morality

Right Speech
Right Speech includes refraining from lying, indecent and harsh words, obscenity, foolishness, slander, and gossip that causes discord.
According to the Mahāsatipaṭṭhāna Sutta, Right Speech means:
• Refraining from falsehood: speaking the truth, adhering to truth, being reliable,
and not deceiving;
• Refraining from divisive speech: not saying things that cause quarrels or division;
• Refraining from harsh speech: speaking gentle words that touch the heart, words
that are polite;
• Refraining from idle chatter: speaking worthy words at the right time, sensible and
explanatory, related to the Dharma.
Some suttas provide a more detailed explanation of these rules.”
