Mystic-Old-Man: It is not mirrored, it is closed in on itself. And the mirror itself is opened out of itself.
Alexandr: I see. So, it turns out, do I understand correctly that there is something third, or not?
Mystic-Old-Man: Well, closed in on itself, opened out of itself, and something existing between them, quite possibly. That is already a dimension, another dimension in that case.
Alexandr: And here is another interesting point. I have the sensation as if I am transitioning into something right now. And that which I am transitioning into is precisely the middle, and not the final, as if after this I will still be transitioning into something else. Is that so?
Mystic-Old-Man: Well yes, yes, I am speaking precisely about dimensions.
Alexandr: All right, and the interconnection? Let us suppose, you know, as they sometimes say, that there is, for example, our world, and there is some other, like a copy, like through the looking-glass, but they are interconnected. That if something happens here — it is reflected there, and if something happens there — it is reflected here.
Mystic-Old-Man: Yes, yes. That is so, what we have just discussed — that is what it is.
Alexandr: And can it be imagined that it is not that something happens on the left which is reflected to the right, not that something happens on the right which is reflected to the left, but that something happens in the middle, and therefore it manifests both to the left and to the right, as you said, mirrored?
Mystic-Old-Man: Yes, yes.
Alexandr: And have I not yet reached this middle? That is, am I approaching it, or am I right in it?
Mystic-Old-Man: Yes, could be, you are inside of it.
Alexandr: And is this some kind of temporary process of passing through it? Or did I come here to remain here? Or must I go further?
Mystic-Old-Man: That is not important.
Alexandr: That is, will it be my choice?
Mystic-Old-Man: Yes, yes.
