all different, kind, simple-hearted, walking with dogs.” And some streets were highlighted for me, and everything. And that there really is such a world, and it is so carefree, so magical. But the Mystic-Old-Man said that for people to whom you show this world, or if to them somehow this paradise is given, then many people will not even want to remain there. And this is indeed so. Because for many it may seem unusually too sweet, too boring. I have a rough example with a dog. If you find a lost dog, which for many years wandered on the street, ate garbage, and was used to always being beaten with sticks, which flinches at every rustle, then if you find her, bring her home, wash her, constantly give her food, and she is now in safety, she still bares her teeth at you and wants to tear everything apart quickly and run away, because there she is used to it. She is uncomfortable even from the fact that now she does not need to hide from anyone, that now she does not need to get food, to her it is as if boring and unusual. A good example with dogs, but in fact it happens with people. It depends on how much a person earlier was in paradise at all, whether he remembers it or forgot it, or how much he was in some hell, that he reaches back to it again. But let us not quibble over words, maybe I do not mean hell, but simply some kind of life. You understand what I mean. And of course it is curious that, you see, it turns out that originally, as I remember — I can of course still read all this again — but as I remember Adam and Eve were precisely in this paradise garden, where there was the Tree of Life and the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. And that they did not have death there, did not have suffering, that is, on the contrary it was such a world of delight, where everything, as they say, is included and everything is good. And then the next picture occurs, that the serpent appears, who tempts Eve to eat the apple, the forbidden fruit from the Tree, precisely not from the Tree of Life, but from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, to become like God and to know what good and evil are and so on. Not simply as if being in the clouds happy, but to know all of this after all. And so she eats this apple, or, if I am not mistaken, she gives it to Adam, and Adam trusts Eve, and the Fall occurs. That is, in essence, it is not such that somewhere in the clouds, in the literal sense, floats some continent, a land where people lived, where various unicorns are jumping,
