Chapter 5. Notes on the Beast

What will I share today from notes of mine? Well, the story with the beast
continues, in the literal sense of the word. That is, I maintain contact with
the beast, with this employee, every day. And I want you to note right
away that many people may have a similar situation, and it can be not only
with an employee, but also with a boss, or conversely with a neighbor,
maybe with a mother, with a father, with a son, with a wife, with a husband.
That is, I am describing to you how the beast behaves, and literally, in real
time, I am recording how I fight with it, so that later everyone can take note
of this for themselves, how to fight this beast, how to defeat it. If, of course,
I manage to defeat it. Well, of course, according to all prophecies, biblical
scriptures, and so on, I must defeat it. But you know, of course, this beast
is very strong. Very strong. That is, I will say so, that over the last couple
of days the beast still, that is, the employee still wanted to quit, but did
everything so... That is, he is looking for a reason to quit, so that as if he
was not guilty in this and so that he would not regret it later. That is, I
will explain. One of the options that the employee voiced to me, he said
that he wants to quit after all, because since I suffer because of him, he
decided to quit for my sake, because of me. That’s what he declared to me.
And I say to the employee:

— That won’t fly. You don’t need to quit because of me, everything suits me.
If something didn’t suit me, I would fire you. I am not firing you, and if you
make a decision to quit, it is only for the reason that you refuse the light
path, labor. And truth, and everything light, and choose the dark path.
That is, you choose the devil, choose hell. If you realize this and want to make
a decision what you choose, please, you want to, you can quit. But you must
realize that your dismissal will mean only this — that you are not ready to be
an honest, good person, hardworking, but the way you didn’t care before,
you want to continue just treating things like that.

Well, naturally, imagine, after my words the employee changes his mind
about quitting and doesn’t want to. You see, that is, his demon, this beast
inside him, tries to deceive him himself, this person, the employee.
