will either run away from me himself, or I will have to fire him. That is how
I described it. That is, what is most interesting is that all these employees
who were with these ulterior thoughts, they are all fired, or left themselves.
Mostly they left themselves; I rarely fire anyone.
And so, returning to the story. Three days ago in the evening, I call my
employee, in whom the beast is, about whom the tenth volume is. And he
tells me a bunch of stories about his relatives, sisters, brothers, and so
on. And suddenly it is evident that as if he has no ulterior thought. I am
in shock. That is, for the first time he is not playing, adjusting somehow,
conversing with me, but as if maximally, one hundred percent sincere and
open. Just a total shock. As if I don’t even feel any heaviness in his soul,
as he had before, as if there really is no dark force in him. But besides this,
what is interesting, the person was opening up right before my eyes as
the dialogue went on, this employee who is the beast, from the fact that he
was nostalgic and telling about his whole family and relatives. And when
he was telling, he himself was the first to emphasize that “this brother
is a nerd, he is good, everyone loves him.” I ask:

— And why did you decide that he is a nerd?
— Well, because this brother, he just sits at home, plays computer games,
leaves the house only to play basketball. And he isn’t interested in all the
networks, and he doesn’t go anywhere, so to speak, doesn’t run away and
doesn’t go anywhere. And so all the relatives are calm that they have such
a calm child, that there are no problems from him. Because there are other
various children. And there is a sister who is a demon-devil.
— And why is there a sister who is a demon-devil? What does she do?
— She goes to all sorts of bars, clubs, restaurants. All sorts of bad habits.
Often argues, doesn’t respect relatives. Always runs away, always on her own
mind.

I listen to all this and see that the employee, listing all his relatives, really,
literally perfectly understands what a good person is and what a bad
person is. He really understands who has a devil in them and who doesn’t.
And he himself tells me all this using the example of all his relatives.
