— I am scared to make any remarks to the employee now, because his reaction
is immediately hostile, he immediately becomes angry, furious, and attacks.
And it turns out now we are working, we continue working. And when
the employee messes up again now, forgets something or does something
wrong, I am afraid to tell him about it because he will pounce on me, and
this evil force will wake up in him again, and I am scared. Well, not that
I’m scared, but I just don’t want to experience all this one more time.
That is why now I don’t want to talk to him unnecessarily, to this employee.
— This is a natural reaction; no one wants the truth. It always... Everyone
in whom this beast sits, the truth and verity always infuriate such people.
— Truly, in the literal sense, as if demons are raging inside the person,
as if I am like holy water or like in movies — an aspen stake or garlic. Even
from my mere appearance, these people start to shake, although I am not
doing anything bad. But inside them, everything is just... It’s as if everything
is shaking inside them.

Big Alexander laughs and says:

and have let this beast into themselves.

Well, and then... Towards the evening of the same day, three days ago, I call
my employee, and we talk about work. And so, word by word, accidentally,
the employee suddenly mentioned his parents, I asked one question, a
second one, and suddenly such a heart-to-heart conversation happened that
the employee starts telling me about everyone: moms, dads, aunts, uncles,
grandmothers, grandfathers, sisters, brothers, cousins, second cousins
— and all of this, everything. I am listening to all this with deep interest.
And suddenly I am in shock that the employee, he is almost literally
confessing. I do not see in him — what I have recorded — I do not see in him,
as before, this, in quotation marks “ulterior” motives. I remember, I always
used to tell my parents earlier that when I choose employees for myself,
I avoid people who have an ulterior motives. I remember someone from
my relatives asking me:
