but a thousand times, and I didn’t condemn him, although he wanted and
expected it. And I didn’t condemn him, and am even trying to help him,
and he is as if in shock from this. That is, something switched or turned
over in his head from the fact that I eventually, so to speak, behaved this
way with him. For him, it is a real shock “How can this be?” And so he
thanked me for this. And it was an unreal soulful conversation for the first
time in all this time, although the employee has been working for a little over
a year, specifically so tightly in time that we communicate often. And this
employee, for the first time in all this time, somehow without any games,
cunning, and manipulations — that he said one thing, does another, and went
to a third place generally — for the first time I didn’t see this from him. But
I saw that right here and now, as if in a conversation, in a dialogue, resides
this consciousness of a person without any of these dark, so to speak,
admixtures of some demons, beasts, and so on.
Now, what else is interesting. A day later, on the evening of the next day, I have
a call with the employee about work. Nothing heart-to-heart at all, but only
about work, about business. And the employee simply tells me, reports on what
he did and what he didn’t do. And here the employee tells me that the seller,
from whom he is supposed to buy goods for me and my company, said that we
should pay the money for the goods right now. And I had told the employee
just a day ago... We discussed work, right? It was like this: my employee was
supposed to buy goods, but the supplier didn’t have these goods in stock, and
they would only be available next week. But somehow they said it uncertainly,
these sellers, as if maybe it will be there next week, or maybe later. I then
told my employee-beast that as soon as the goods are in stock, I will give the
money, and we will pay for it and pick it up immediately. And so the next
day, when the employee-beast reports to me on all affairs, he tells me that
he called these sellers again, and the seller says that the goods will definitely
be there next week, but the money is needed right now, the entire amount.
And I say to my employee-beast:
— Let’s better wait for next week, and as soon as the goods arrive, we will pay.
