Chapter 8. Conclusion
Well, over the last week I’ve come to the conclusion that when I was fighting
this beast in my employee, after each fight with him I became even more
aware, even more spiritual, even more collected, even clearer. And, of course,
I had various realizations and conclusions were drawn. I called Big Alexander
yesterday and told him:
— Listen, imagine, here is something interesting from the latest. I realized...
— Tell me-tell me, what have you figured out.
— Let me give an example. If a person who lives with me puts, let’s say,
red clothes with white ones into the washing machine....
A similar situation was in the movie “Catch Me If You Can”. There Tom Hanks
was in a laundry and just put all his shirts into the wash, and a red item from
a woman accidentally got in there, and all his things got dyed. I decided
to give such an example based on this. I tell Big Alexander:
— So imagine, if earlier my acquaintance threw white things with red things
into the washing machine, and I saw it — I would have immediately wanted
to point it out to him that he is wrong, that one cannot do this, because the
things will be spoiled, and that he did not act well, that red things need to
be separated from white ones. But if I had done so, as I basically always did,
what reaction would this have caused in the person? He would have what, got
offended, got upset, perhaps got angry. And, besides all this, he would have
been left with a bad aftertaste. That is, it turns out, I turn on in him, awaken
in him some negative energy. And yes, of course, I can claim that I am right.
After all, I knew the consequences, and I, on the contrary, stopped him.
I am not insulting him, I am doing nothing bad. It means I am good, it
is he who is bad. That is how I used to think. But now, when I started

any remark to him not with the purpose of humiliating him, of course, but
