And imagine, since that moment, I haven’t gone on once. They said that the

And then it gets even more interesting. When I start talking with the aliens

I start giving examples, at first not about the employee, but about people
in general. I say:

— Wait. What are you trying to tell me? Does it mean that if a person shows
up late for work, or smokes cigarettes at their desk in the office, or skims
money from the cash register, or literally insults you and raises their
voice at you... Or other external examples... If it’s not an employee, but a
relationship, a family, and your husband or wife cheats on you — in the end,
you are the bad one? You mean, I am the bad one?
— Yes, you are wrong. The problem is in you.
— What do you mean, the problem is in me? I’m not doing anything bad;
they are the ones at fault.
— That is the problem. Right now you must realize that we aren’t talking
about the person who transgreseed; everything is clear with them.
