Another very curious thing is that when people take the mention of the
144,000 in the Revelation of John the Divine out of context, they often
mistakenly believe that this occurs after all the apocalyptic events. They
think these people — because they are called the “chosen” or the “saved”
and are standing on Mount Zion — appear only after the Apocalypse. But the
point is, many think this is already after all the heavy events have ended.
In reality, if you look into it, even the Last Judgment hasn’t truly begun yet.
Although the entire Revelation of John is considered the “Last Judgment,”
the most significant apocalyptic moments that are destined to happen haven’t
