How is that possible? I showed it to a person who usually never feels
anything, and even he felt it and got scared. Though when he first put the
pendant on, he didn’t understand. I said:

— Pay attention to how you feel when you take it off. You’ll feel as if it gets
easier to breathe, and like the noise in your head goes away.

And he took it off, and it was like he really felt lighter, as if the hum in his
head vanished. He was in shock — ”Wow.” Can you imagine? I just wanted
to deconstruct this topic, so I started with this simple question for Mystic-
Old-Man. And again, he dodges, dodges, dodges. Fine. Regarding the
“bubble within a bubble,” he started — as expected — referring to the city
having one rhythm and the countryside another, just like all scientists claim.
These are boundaries that haven’t worked for a long time, but they still
cling to them: that we came from monkeys, that dinosaurs were on their
own, that nuclear explosions never happened, that flying saucers don’t
exist — it’s all part of the same story. The same thing happened here. Like,
“time distortions... one thing in one place, another in another. Because
the places are different.” Of course, it’s not about the places being different.
It’s not about how far they are from each other. It’s about the fact that
this is some kind of Ark, a dome, and it’s not for nothing. Regarding the
colonizers — well, again, “bla-bla-bla-bla,” nothing concrete, just some
grumbling, eternally recalling his stories about Babylon and devil worship,
constantly evading. He seems to agree, it’s visible, but he evades. I told
him the Bible uses sacred language, and he said, “well, yes.” He literally
nitpicks words on purpose just to say I’m talking nonsense, to show me that.
But when I correct him slightly and say, “well, this is what I mean,” he says,
“Well, yes, yes. The Bible is sacred language.” He shows his unpolished
character so directly — you know, he literally nitpicks words. He loves
doing that. You know what I’ll say? I see my younger self in him, but I feel
that I’ve aged. I don’t nitpick words like that anymore, but he continues.
And now I see it: you can’t nitpick words; you have to be softer. That’s how
Mystic-Old-Man behaves.
