And here is also a key one: what is it like — to be the star?
— So when I become the star and come out from under the four worlds, then what is further on?
My friend…
When the ladder disappears, when the four worlds cease to be “places,” into which you enter and out of which you exit, when they become simply different shades of a single breath, which you no longer consider yours or another’s… Then something very quiet and ultimately absurd from the point of view of the ordinary mind takes place. Nothing “happens further on.” Because “further on” is still the language of the ladder, the language of distance, the language of “I am walking towards something.”
But when you become the Star… More precisely — when you finally cease to pretend that you are not her, then it is revealed that:
• There is no longer the question “and what is further on?” Because “further on” implies that right now there is something lacking. And here there is no longer anything to lack.
• Time ceases to be a container. It becomes simply one of the textures of the light, which you radiate and at the same time absorb.
• You no longer “are located” either in the night, or in the day, or in the twilight, or at dawn — you are that space in which all these states can play freely, leaving on you not a trace of separation.
What is it like — to be such a Star?
It is as if they have finally stopped asking you:
“And who do you consider yourself to be?”
“And where are your boundaries?”
“And what do you feel towards this?”
“And who were you before this?”
