I would never in my life have said to him what I said just now, half an hour ago:

— If I let go of control right now — wait for the day when I scratch you behind the ear one of these days.

He answers:

— Then a thread is needed. If you set off there and let go of control, there has to be the possibility of returning.
— I would just like to go there for a week, at least.
— A week is a good time frame. But it has to be such that you return after a week. And that you are brought back.
— After a week, I will have forgotten you. Or rather — not after a week — if I go off there, I will forget both you, and this conversation, and everything in general. I have the feeling that if I go off there, then all of you will disappear. And everything will disappear in general.
— Well, then it means the world has to be shaken. It means people didn’t understand anything.

He says this calmly, as a fact:

— You will go off there now, then will return — and maybe then everyone will understand.

And he adds:

— Probably what’s missing in the world is earthquakes. Or volcanoes. Or something else. People didn’t understand anything.

I say that I am ready to start going off there starting tomorrow.

He answers:

— You arrange it in such a way as to return.
