In this scroll are recorded the visions that Enoch beheld in the heavens.

Part One. The Book of the Watchers. Chapter One. Introduction and the context
of Enoch’s vision.

Today is April 8th. I’ve cooled down a little bit. Cooled down a little. Well, in
order. First. My friend tells me that he got in touch with his sister a week ago.
And his sister is telling him that she’d had some kind of panic attack, that she was
feeling strange, that she felt altogether bad. And he, that is my friend, decided
to describe how he feels when he’s with me. And he describes to her that: “You
were probably very hot on the inside, and the air all so thick, as if there’s nothing
to breathe, as if there’s no air, hard to breathe, and heat, and your head as if
spinning, as if you’re about to lose consciousness, as if you’re about to die.” And
she’s like: “Yes, it’s all exactly like that.” And he says that it’s good, so that she
wouldn’t work herself up over it — that it’s not a panic attack, that this is how she
feels nature. And so the point is that this girl, she kind of, you see, worked herself
up and called it that. And possibly right now a whole heap of people in the world
call this some kind of panic attacks. But in reality, the way this girl described it,
I feel this way very often.

I described it somehow in some books, that it would happen that I might
meet with someone — it would intensify even more, especially if I’m talking
with someone. And from the fact that I met with someone and talked, that I’d
become very hot, as if I’m about to burst into flame, that even everyone around,
all the people, would become hot. Everyone would open the windows in the
restaurants, someone would go to the bathroom, to the restroom, to wash their
face, to wash up. And I was very afraid of this state, and every time Big Alexander
would say that it’s good, that it’s grace from above, that it’s nirvana, that I must
accept it, that I mustn’t jam it — but I always tried to jam it. That is, naturally,
either whiskey and Coke, that is, with alcohol, or with strong tea, or with food.
