I have things recorded about the sun, and the moon, and also the star. Somehow
it’s turning out for some reason that it’s not the first person to tell me that he
doesn’t fully understand what this is, and I think: “Well, all right, possibly in
the book I need to go through this once more and unfold it.” Well, imagine it like
this: the sun and the moon — what are they? What is the star? Imagine: the planet
earth — that is, a sphere. We pierce it all the way through with a kind of threaded
spiral, like a hole for a bolt. And this hole, right through, straight through — these
are the poles, well, the south and north poles. And it turns out that if we now look
at the planet from above, and at the centre is this hole with a clockwise spiral,
then we see that, when we look this way, as at a disc onto the planet from above,
we see a heap of continents. And this is, let’s say, the worlds — heaven, earth,
the underground kingdom. These are the worlds. But if we flip the planet over,
we look again at this hole, only now its thread isn’t clockwise but in the opposite
direction, counterclockwise. And likewise we see the continents, that is, again
the worlds — heaven, earth, the underground kingdom. And so, precisely, both
the left and the right, this left and right — this is the sun and the moon.

Both here and there, all these worlds exist, under the sun and under the moon.
It’s like two opposites, two magnetic fields. It’s like, precisely, a spiral, there and
back, it’s the future and the past. So, as God says: “I am Alpha and Omega, the
beginning and the end.” This is precisely the sun and the moon. That is, one is the
past, the other the future. And he is both. And people live either there or there.
And that’s why the spiral goes one way or the reverse, that is, the opposite way.
And people who are in the moon, they live by the past and go there, downward,
into the past. They think, always think about the past, recall the past, compare
with the past, often think about the past. This is the moon. Whereas the sun,
on the contrary — a person thinks about the future, forever wants something,
desires everything, there’s the future, the future, and how will it be in the future?
As if he doesn’t live in the present, but it’s all future, future — this is the sun.
And so, when you renounce it, when you cross over out of the moon, then you
can’t even, as it were, focus on this past, as if you’re no longer there, and you
don’t recall it, as if it were some kind of forgotten dream. But you end up in the
future, where you think about a bright future, strive towards something, want
everything. This is good. That is, the first sign, when you’ve come out of the moon,
you begin to feel yourself this way in the sun.
