everything with people is built on attention. However cluttered a person is,
whatever frequency he’s on, that’s what steals his attention. And likewise everyone
steals attention from one another. That in reality people even build relationships
only because of attention. People want money only because of attention, in order
to attract attention. And they ask for your attention at work — you’re paid money
for it. And when I switched on the mind more and more and tried to digest it
all with the mind, to understand it and explain it all in human language, then
such books appeared for me starting from 2011 — that’s “The Management of
Attention,” then “Frequencies,” and further, further various books followed.
And now, in the first week, when I lost my Spirit, I thought about what I could have
lost it because of, and recalled how before, in childhood, I knew all these rules.
What I’ve now written down in a note and recalled: when I used to record video
clips on YouTube about my books earlier, in 2010–2012, then the clips were all
spontaneous. I’d have a revelation, I’m in the Spirit, in the “cosmos,” and I’d take
the phone, simply at a crooked angle, stretch my arm out away from me, switch on
the camera, and say what I want to tell. And I’d post the clips right away, without
editing and without reviewing. And likewise I wrote chapters without rereading,
posted them right away. Because this was precisely the Spirit, from God and for
real, from nature, from the system. Whereas if I’d begun to review it, to edit a
chapter or a clip with the mind — that’s already falseness and deception. That’s
what I always believed. In my first books I always wrote about this. And there were
moments when my friends, acquaintances would say: “Alex, we can shoot you
an expensive, high-quality clip. Let’s set up good studio lighting, a microphone,
you’ll sit and record clips. More people will watch you, more people will want
to read your books.” And I’d say: “Guys, it’s not for me, it suffocates me.” And
everyone was surprised, but truly, the Spirit would go out for me at once, can you
imagine? Right away, that’s it, I couldn’t speak, everything would close up for me.
And I tried, I made attempts, but I couldn’t.
I so wanted to find the golden mean in this that I even said: “Let’s maybe set up
this lighting, this sound at my home, but you’ll leave. And not today, because
that’s already been planned, whereas everything must be unplanned, everything
must be by chance. And only when on some day I feel that I want to shoot a clip,
