Chapter 5. Rebirth

When I was reading now all these excerpts from my old books from childhood, it is so curious — I affirm everywhere that I have returned to my world, that it is incredible happiness, that I will never leave this world, that I am back in it and no longer want to return to the world of people. That in the world of people everything is so bad, everything there is so heavy, everyone is so angry and sick, everyone judges each other, evaluates, there is such tension, you grow old quickly there. But in my world of magic, everything is completely different — here the rules are entirely different, the rules of life itself. Yet still, every time I lost this world, and then returned to it again, and then lost it again, and then returned to it again. And so it went throughout my whole life of 34 years. What conclusion can be drawn? What does God want to say? Most importantly, what does this mind, this system, want to tell us — us, including me and you, us, people — what does it want to say through all these books “Alternative History”?

When I was a little bit in everyday life these last two days, let me put it this way, I partly closed myself off from this magical world and began to think again, to think in the old way as they say — to think, to analyze. And then I begin to understand that all this time, this system has been hinting that when we are simply living — here is our time: for some of you it is 25 years, for some 35, for some 55, for some 65 — this is how we live. And as long as these secrets of “Alternative History” had not been revealed to us, we perceived our life as linear time — that here is how many years we live; that what we see in the news, and what happens in the world, is all one single big world and one single big life. But God, the system, the higher mind, or whoever it is that stands behind all this — it is as though they are now drawing back the veil. And it seems as though nothing new appears, everything is the same, but somehow everything changes its meaning and its properties. As I gave an example earlier: for some less developed people on Earth, a stick lies on the ground. But someone, if it is simply explained to him, will already understand that this is not just a stick, but a flute. And he will truly begin to notice that there are holes, all made in such a way
