Today is July 7. What will I share? I recently watched the movie “Just My Luck” from 2006, then I watched the cartoon “Luck.” Of course, I had seen both before, but when, as they say, you finally come to it, it feels completely different. Figuratively speaking, imagine this picture: you always knew that there are various elements of décor in apartments for luck, happiness, and to magnetize money. You always knew about those Japanese cats with the waving paw, which stand all over Asia, and not only in Asia, and it waves its paw as if to attract money. Also, even if not from parents or friends, then through movies or some literary works, you still encountered, were familiar with the fact that there are certain talismans, amulets. But it is one thing when you perhaps somehow came across them throughout your whole life, but as long as it had no meaning or significance for you, it did not work. And now, with eyes wide open and a smile on my face, I watch what seem like such children’s movies and cartoons about luck, but at the same time I get crazy pleasure from it, because right now I am completely immersed in this. That is, right now I am completely immersed in Volume Nine of “Alternative History.” And when the first movie “Just My Luck” began, where they immediately start showing all the different amulets and talismans, I thought, “Wow, how wonderful!”
