I even stopped barking at everyone. And I actually began to wonder whether I had stepped up into some higher level of heaven than ever before — just because of all this. Can you imagine how unusual that is? And just imagine, how can that even be? Yet it’s exactly like that movie I recently mentioned in Volume Nine, about the little girl who was sick and then fell into the hollow of a tree. How can it be? For instance, my side hurt — pancreas, gallbladder, stomach, something like that. And then I simply started eating the way I truly wanted, from the soul, trusting those feelings — and everything went away. But when I ate “properly,” my whole body hurt, like something was inflamed. How does that even work? And what’s even more fascinating, it’s the same with sports. You know those schedules, fixed workouts — all that. No, that doesn’t work here. You feel like doing something sporty today — go to the gym, kick a ball outside, do some stretches at home — then you do it. If you don’t feel it, but you force yourself with thoughts like, “But I must, otherwise my back will hurt later” — don’t trust that. Don’t trust those thoughts. Here it’s all about trusting your feelings. And just imagine, when I started living like this — testing it, waiting for enough time to really see the result — now my body doesn’t hurt at all. No hernia, no spine, no muscles, no neck, no shoulders, no arms, no legs, no stomach, no eyes, no head — nothing. The moment you, like most people, start forcing yourself artificially, doing things “because it’s necessary” in your head — then immediately, I’m sure, everything begins to hurt. Can you imagine? And that’s what’s so fascinating — but again, don’t approach it artificially. The way it came to me was natural: it just began to manifest in my life, and I simply started recording it in the book. So that if someone really does find themselves in the world of heaven, maybe they’ll notice the same thing — that suddenly their feelings give them certain impulses. Like, for example: you wake up at 6 a.m., and your mind tells you, “No, I should sleep until eleven, there’s no reason to get up now.” But if you actually felt inside that you didn’t want to sleep anymore at 6, then you shouldn’t have. And the moment you force yourself with the mind — “I should sleep more, I have the time” — you end up feeling sick later. These are the things to pay attention to. It can happen with your lifestyle, with food, really with anything in your daily life. That’s one of the key observations: here, you’re supposed to trust your feelings more.
