And if you do not list all this to him, he seems not to remember any of this
in the emotional moment, right in this quick-tempered moment. He seems
to have only one thing in his head, that you are bad and that’s it, and he
hates you, that’s it. Just pure hatred and anger, which completely clouds his
entire vision of reality.
How interesting, you see, the beast in the employee woke up a couple of days
ago simply because — as he perceived it — I argued with him, and he argued
back with me. That is, figuratively speaking, it is the same thing, I will give
some fictional example, he, let’s say, told me that we need to buy a tractor
from this company, and I told him: “Listen, I have already decided, I still want
to buy a tractor from another company.” And so as if he should just agree
with this, and that’s it. The tractor is not his, not for his money. He is just
an employee, right? And he should just agree with this, and that’s it. What
difference does it make to him what I want? But here as if, you see, everywhere
in this employee, that is, the beast, everywhere his self-esteem is present.
And where it touches his self-esteem even just a little bit, it immediately
“wounds” him, he immediately starts becoming a demon. And it turns out
that because he decided and thought, and chose, let’s say, a tractor of
one company, and I said that in the end I want another company, he as if
considers this for himself as a super-defeat, that as if again he proposed
nonsense, it means he is bad again. It means all his ideas are bad again, that
he is not appreciated again, that he is foolish, and people really tell him this
all his life, because he really always does everything foolishly. And he already
has such a resentful reaction to this that even when, you see, this person
is an adult and works already for an adult man, that is me, even here these
childhood traumas of his manifest like this. Just because I said that I do not
want the tractor he suggests, but I want another one, he hates me because of
this and becomes super angry and is ready to devour me. Can you imagine?
Well, this is strange. And really, here are the most evil people, in whom the
demon lives, most often these are exactly the people who are offended, they
are eternally offended at everyone, with a bunch of complexes and eternally
envious of everyone. And it does not matter if they are in a relationship, or
in a family, or at work, they take everything very strongly and personally.
