That was Big Alexander’s word. He says that my employee, besides the demon
that left, still has this “foolishiness” — it’s when a person fools themselves,
gets confused, and still can’t put things in order with their own brains.
He doesn’t understand what is good or bad; it’s all mixed up, 50/50 light
and dark. I continued talking to Alexander:

— Fine, but what next? What will happen to me next, or what should I do?
— That’s it, now your internal polishing begins. Your situation with the employee
is resolved. You won’t have conflicts with him anymore.
— Fine, but does that mean there will be other trials?
— Just a little bit.
— What does ‘a little bit’ mean?
— Well, there might be some small provocations happening where you’ll still
react a little, and that’s how you’ll finish polishing yourself. But it will be minor
stuff.
— Okay, will it come from the employee or from those close to me?
— From anyone. Small irritating situations will just pop up. But you will notice
them immediately and polish yourself. You will be polished. You will be polished
by these situations.

Imagine the paradox. Just as Big Alexander tells me that there won’t be
any more major conflicts with that first employee — that it’s just “fine-tuning”
now — it happens. A completely different person, also connected to work,
writes to me. We are dealing with office relocation issues. And this person,
in typical human fashion, starts acting like a “rat” — behaving very poorly
and unpleasantly. He’s done it many times before, and he’s doing it again.
And imagine, he provoked me. How? Briefly: I told him to move his personal
belongings out of the office. Previously, he had argued that if I kept my
things in the office, I should pay more for the space. So, I rented a warehouse
to remove all my personal items. Yet, he left his own things in the office.
I hinted to him: “Then you should pay more for the office — exactly the
amount I pay for the warehouse — if the office is being used as a storage space
for you personally. I don’t use it that way anymore, but you do. That’s unfair.
