— You need to train yourself. If you suddenly, for example, think about someone and imagine that everything will go well for them — don’t forget to ask them in a few days if anything good happened in their life, or ask a week later. Don’t explain anything to them — just make a note of it for yourself. If they say “yes,” then you’ll see — it was you who did it. Then try it again, just to confirm it.
And he said I should start noticing these things in myself — how it all works. He said that the people who are somehow “yours,” or who also have good fortune and a bright future — when I’m in dialogue with them, even not physically but over the phone or in writing — my palms should start burning. If they burn during the conversation, then everything we’re discussing is right and good. If suddenly the heat fades, then something’s off — it means what you’re discussing shouldn’t be done, or it needs adjusting, the direction slightly shifted. And he told me I need to pay attention to all of that. From which conversations, actions, behaviors, or people this fire activates in me — and from which ones it fades. So now I’ll be focusing on that.
