a person in whom there is a beast, and who is emotionally unstable, and if
suddenly you even discuss with him how to change a tire on a car, and he
says some stupidity on how to do it, then if you tell him in response that he
is wrong — he will get enraged, will say something to you that will hurt you,
that will be unpleasant for you to hear, because of this you will get enraged,
you will pounce on him, well that is, say something to him in response,
that it is he who is stupid and eternally breaks and spoils everything, and
that you on the contrary want to save him, and therefore told him that he
decided to change the tire on the car incorrectly, that actually you are right.
And all this will end again with what? War. And the essence is that this
war, this battle cannot be unleashed. And it turns out that although he is
a traumatized person in whom the beast, the demon sits inside, and you
might think that it is his fault, he got angry first, but if you dig further,
then you awakened this evil in him. And this is what I noticed now, that one
needs to notice that if this person, unbalanced, possessed by a demon,
suddenly decided, figuratively speaking, to put food with foil into the
microwave, which will cause sparks, then one shouldn’t tell him that he
is a fool, that there will be sparks now, but one needs to say: “Listen, wait,
let me add something else to the microwave,” and you would take out this
plate, add something, and while doing this, take out the foil, without saying
anything to this person. And in the end, you sort of fixed the situation,
but at the same time didn’t awaken a new conflict, because if you had
told him about it, the beast would have woken up in him, and he would have
pounced on you. And so, when I explained all this, told Big Alexander, he was
very glad and said that I made a big step in realizing what I generally must
understand, realize, and how to fight this, the beast. He said:

— This beast will still possess your employee, or it is already within him,
or it will awaken, so to speak. It is necessary for it to happen in such a way
that when this beast awakens in this person, this person himself does not
give it free rein, resists it himself, does not yield to these emotions and
temptations, but subdues it within himself. And then victory is achieved.
