Of course, there’s further division after that, division, division, division, that’s
clear. But I simply see how many people are hostages of their mind, and how
they’re attached to some one thing and can’t be, can’t accept the whole world
or be a person of the world and look at all countries and accept all people. They
keep sawing away and dividing everything: “You’re this one or that one. You’re of
this nation or that,” and all this begins — this isn’t good, not wise, not wise. And
someone: “Into these countries yes, but into those countries no” — well, also not
wise. No, they truly all divide, truly. But when you do grow up after all, you’ll look
at this completely differently. And so I see how everyone’s attached to space. Just
as everyone was attached to linear time, everyone’s attached to space, and how
all of this is now, let’s say, losing its force.

“Here is the exact text from the Synodal translation of the Bible:

‘Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the
Father, but by me.’

(John 14:6)

In a more modern rendering (the New Russian Translation):

‘Jesus answered: I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except
through Me.’

Jesus spoke these words in a conversation with Thomas, when the disciples were troubled
and didn’t understand where He was going. He gives a clear, direct answer: He Himself
is the Way (the only true route to God), the Truth (not merely a teaching, but reality
itself), and the Life (full, eternal life that begins already here).

This is one of the strongest and, for many, one of the most challenging declarations in
the Gospel. It says that access to the Heavenly Father is opened not through rites, efforts,
or various paths, but personally through Jesus Christ.”
