• Oil (olive oil) — anointing, joy, healing.
• The seal — the pledge that we belong to God (Eph. 1:13).

How to live with Him today?

The Holy Spirit:
• Comforts in difficulties.
• Guides into truth.
• Gives gifts (1 Cor. 12) — wisdom, faith, healing, tongues, and others.
• The fruit in life: love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, faith, meekness,
temperance (Gal. 5:22–23).
• Convicts of sin and leads to repentance.

He is not a “ghost,” but the living God, with whom one can commune in prayer.
Many Christians say: the more you give Him room in your life (through obedience,
the reading of the Bible, prayer), the more strongly you feel His presence.

In my opinion, the Holy Spirit is the bridge between God and man. Without Him,
faith would be only theory, but with Him — a living encounter.

The Holy Spirit is one
In Christian teaching, the Holy Spirit is one and the only one. He is the third
Person of the Trinity, inseparable from the Father and the Son. The Bible
never speaks of “many different spirits” in the sense of several separate Holy
Spirits. He is one, but His action is many-sided, like light that is refracted into
different colors.

And what about the “seven spirits”?
This is a reference to the Revelation of John (the Apocalypse), where the “seven
Spirits of God” are mentioned several times (Rev. 1:4; 3:1; 4:5; 5:6). They stand
before the throne of God, are depicted as seven lamps of fire and the seven eyes
of the Lamb (Jesus).
