do entity-people have? They don’t care about money. It’s as if they can’t be bought,
they’re not afraid of ending up without money, they’re not driven by money at
all. That is, material things don’t concern them so strongly. They never make a
choice based on some cover, on some loud words — they don’t fall for it. They
just don’t care about money at all. And what’s most interesting: they can earn big
money and be very talented inside, but they simply don’t have that motivation,
don’t have that complex. They just don’t care about money at all. They can earn
money and immediately give it all away to a fellow man, to a neighbour, to a
friend. Buy him a bicycle and want nothing for themselves. That is, this is what
entities are — this is what their unusualness, their unpredictability consisted in,
how strangely they behave. These entities, as I described before, also behave as
if they don’t sleep. As if all people sleep — that’s what I called it, that is, they’re
defined within the system. Whereas these ones are undefined, they’re as if in
the “corridor,” not attached to anything. They’re as if on a completely different
frequency of vibrations. That’s why back then I supposed and even said that these
entities are as if angels. They live in the “corridor,” and here I too am an angel,
and also live in the “corridor.”

These entities look at the world, at people, as if from the outside; they come
and go. And they themselves don’t know who they are. But such people never
manage to have an ordinary human life. They can’t simply build a family, go to
some ordinary systemic job and just sit and work. For some reason, life often
leads them somewhere. They always, for some reason, get attached, but only for
a short while, and then they detach. And back then, when I was still little and
wrote about this in my first drafts, I described it this way too: maybe that’s why
angels have wings. That’s in the sense that a person isn’t attached to anything and
therefore, to put it in the sacred language, flies. That is, isn’t attached to anything.
And they’re sexless because they’re undefined, unsettled. Angels, they say, are
sexless, as if an entity. That’s why I began to call such people “entities.” What else
is surprising… When I met these entities, not one of them knew that she was an
entity. That is, all these people don’t know that they’re special, that they’re some
kind of, let’s say, beings, and not simply people. They don’t know it. Only I know,
for some reason — that’s the sort of function I have, I’m given the knowledge. I
kept trying to explain to them who they are, and they themselves don’t know.
