I have found a short description of the film in the internet:

“Radio Free Albemuth” is a dystopian novel by the American science fiction writer
Philip K. Dick, published after the writer’s death in 1985 by the Arbor House
publishing house.

After I received such further reinforcement of the information regarding what
the Spirit is, what the system is, what kind of voice it is that I hear, what kind of
force it is that leads me, after I was inspired by this while watching the series
“Person of Interest,” I remembered that earlier, when I appeared, even before I
got acquainted with Big Alexander, before I passed through the places of power in
2010, back then I communicated with the voice all the time, twenty-four hours a
day. That is, a person could write to me on social media, for example, asking me
to lend him a laptop, and at that moment the voice could tell me that I shouldn’t
give him the laptop. I could ask: “Why?” And the voice tells me why. Then I could
ask the voice: “All right, but how should I answer my friend then?” And the voice
told me directly: “Answer this way. And if you answer that way, he’ll react like this.
And if you give him such an answer, he’ll react like that. So it’s better to answer
this way.” I said: “All right.” And it went so far that the voice could tell me: “Don’t
drink this, don’t eat this,” or “don’t agree to the meeting.” I could ask: “Why?” or
“How should I answer?” It was exactly like that. And I was always alone with this
voice. It’s simply my inner voice. But, again, one needs to be in a certain state,
one needs to be connected to this. That is, if people start doing this now, they’ll
get up to no good, thinking that they hear some kind of voice, but it’s not that at
all. So I have this as a warning: don’t repeat this in real life.

And when I was watching this series, and began communicating with the voice
that way again, I say to this voice: “Okay, tell me what I should do so as to be even
better connected to you, let’s say. Where is my failing?” And this voice tells me
that people ignore it 85% of the time, that is, this voice, that is, the Spirit, they
ignore. And only 15% of the time do they sometimes do something out of what
this voice highlights for them, shows or tells them. And, it says, people choose
